Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Telehealth Portfolio Manager to our location in Portland, OR, Seattle, WA or Renton WA.
We are seeking a Telehealth Portfolio Manager to join our team that helps transform patient care to be more accessable, convienient and affordable for the communities we serve. This individual is responsible for the oversight of initiatives in the enterprise telehealth product & project portfolios from inception to completion. He/she partners with the System Director in managing the portfolios to ensure initiatives are on track, including the forecasting of team capacity and handle intake of new requests. The portfolio(s) include: product development of new telehealth services; project implementations of current enterprise telehealth services in new customer sites; and internal enterprise telehealth projects for the enterprise telehealth team. The Portfolio Manager provides visibility and understanding of all of the work within the scope of the telehealth product development and delivery team. He/she regularly engages with leaders, team members and key stakeholders at the regional and system levels so there is clarity and transparency on the status, resourcing, issues/barriers and next steps for all portfolio initiatives.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Partner with the system director to develop and manage the product development and project management portfolio(s), providing visibility and understanding of all of the work within the scope of the Product Development & Delivery team.
Ensure initiatives in the portfolio(s) are effectively tracked throughout the development and implementation phases, including communication of portfolio status and partnership with team members to address questions, issues or barriers.
Understand and anticipate team capacity and make resource allocation recommendations.
Manage the intake process for new telehealth products/services, helping customers explore ideas and identifying initial scope, next steps and resource needs.
Partner with enterprise telehealth team members in all functional areas to understand and clarify product development and project management needs, customer expectations and other information necessary to achieve shared objectives and key results.
Build new and/or deepen existing relationships with regional and system leaders, providers and caregivers across multiple organizational functions that support, impact and/or are involved with telehealth products, services and projects to ensure mutual success.
The Providence St. Joseph Health enterprise telehealth team partners with its customers to develop and implement innovative clinical services that achieve the Quaduple Aim: improved quality and experience for providers and patients at a lower total cost of care.
Required qualifications for this position include:
3 years of experience managing complex projects and/or programs.
Training in project management, change management and operational improvement methodologies.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Healthcare industry experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
