Providence Technical Product Manager in Renton, Washington


Technical Product Manager in Renton, Washington.

Manages product lines in support of Providence St. Joseph's government programs and population health risk arrangements with payers. Focuses on technical aspects of product strategy, and works closely with development, analytics, and leadership to design, build, and roll-out innovative solutions. Identifies new potential products, conducts market research, generates product requirements, determines specifications, creates production timetables, and set priorities, sets pricing, and produces communication plans. Lead business meetings with leadership team to understand business needs to develop technical requirements for implementation. Research technical trends in industry and present feasible solutions to enhance product development. Create technology standards to conduct training and mentorship for technical employees. Work closely with development team to generate continuous improvement. Identify product usage trends by utilizing advanced technology to discover product improvement opportunities. Manage developers, analysts, and other technical resources working on the product lines and applications. Lead Scrum meetings, applying Agile principles, practices, and theory to increase productivity.



  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Business, or related field

  • 3 years experience writing complex SQL queries.

  • 3 years experience designing and building data architecture and relational data models in SQL Server, Snowflake, Synapse, or Oracle environments.

  • 3 years experience performing data analysis, statistical analysis, and creating data visualizations using Tableau.

  • 2 years full-stack development experience, including Node.js, Express, React, MSSQL, REST APIs, JavaScript, Kendoui, Material UI, jQuery, JSX, Redux, Azure AD, Tableau JavaScript API.

  • 2 years experience working with healthcare claims and electronic medical record billing data.

  • 1 year experience as a Scrum Master role, applying Agile principles, practices, and theory.

  • 1 year management or team lead experience.

  • Experience may be gained concurrently.
