Providence Sr. Program Analyst and Account Management, Value Based Care, Physician Enterprise in Renton, Washington
Providence is calling a Sr. Program Analyst and Account Management, Value Based Care, Physician Enterprise to our location in Renton, WA; Portland, OR or Irvine, CA. This role will begin remotely due to Covid, but post-Covid, the expectation will be that candidates will commute to their nearest office twice a week.
We are seeking a Sr. Program Analyst and Account Management, Value Based Care, Physician Enterprise who will provide in-depth analytical support for Systemwide reporting (qualitative & quantitative) of provider and network performance in multiple markets, across several states. This position requires the use of advanced analytical skills and process improvement methodologies to coordinate data collection, data management, analysis and reporting across the Providence System and several medical groups. Works collaboratively with other Providence leaders and team members to enhance the use of data to support improvement efforts and ensure data integrity. Ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and critical thinker, able to distill data into easily communicated plans of action. Position directly supports the Physician Enterprise team in a number of efforts to support moving to value based contracting. Routine data analysis, development of graphic data displays, report building and training are required. The analyst will be a subject matter expert and certified user of the Cotiviti/Rowdmap analytics tool. Account management is an essential function and this position will serve as a champion, teacher and coach. Strong project management skills critical due to complexity of the work and multiple workstreams involved.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Provide critical thinking skills and analytics to support the organization's move to value based care.
Partner with Strategy and Market Development to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Organizes, prepares, and distributes performance and operational reports using multiple data sources.
Prepare reports and presentations based on analyses for use in planning or management activities.
Provides consultative services and recommendations to leadership to inform payor contracting and strategy.
Ensures quality assurance system is in place for accuracy of reporting.
Organizes and prepares data for performance communication to multiple stakeholders.
Provides account management support to ensure workstreams are aligned, communication is timely and progress monitored.
Ability and comfort with using large data sets.
Ability to tell a cohesive story through analysis of large datasets and commentary along with initial recommendations.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Data Science or Healthcare or equivalent educ/experience
3 years experience in data analysis working with multiple data systems, multiple analytical tools, and multiple data reporting tools
Analyst will be expected to be trained and certified by 3rd party vendor within 12 months on the analytic tool
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience in healthcare planning with an understanding of the healthcare industry, payor contracting, operations, and reimbursement
Prior experience in change management with providers
