Providence Health & Services Senior Manager, Product Marketing in Renton, Washington
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Senior Manager, Product Marketing. The Sr. Manager, Product Marketing is responsible for the acquisition and health of digitally registered customers. Critical to success is understanding the needs of internal and external customers (e.g., providers and patients): what digital tools are right for which customers in order to delight them and deliver a value prop that improves patient and provider/clinic experience. In addition, the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing must build engagement and loyalty among existing customers and attract new ones, while managing our enterprise’s resources efficiently and effectively.
In these capacities, some travel will be required and it is expected that the Sr. Manager, Digital Product Marketing will embody the values and mission of the organization and serve as an ambassador for both internal and external stakeholders.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Develop customer initiatives to grow, engage, and retain our digital base by synthesizing customer insights and business strategy
Identify opportunities to grow the business, create strategies to achieve business objectives, and execute on those strategies
Responsible for managing business performance such as digitally registered users and digital penetration as well as solving for customer pain points
Lead cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, product, analytics, consumer insights, and legal to develop and execute customer-facing initiatives
Create, manage, analyze and report on performance metrics and set up test plans to improve operations and campaign performance to meet acquisition and retention goals
Must lead and mentor less experience peers
7 years of marketing or business management experience in one or more of the following categories: healthcare, software/hardware, web, wireless, telecommunications, consumer electronics, finance, subscription services, retail, or consumer packaged goods.
Experience in & ability to analyze customer, business, and industry data to drive business performance
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, accompanied by the ability to present insights and actions to senior leadership
Highly organized thinker with the ability to accurately prioritize and ensure key initiatives moving forward
Experience in and ability to lead, influence, and coach cross-functional teams while championing new concepts and ideas
Ability to develop and implement a marketing plan including go-to-market, operational, and campaign efforts from inception through reporting, analysis, and post-implementation optimizations/lessons learned
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Master's degree in Marketing or related field
7 years of marketing or business management experience in healthcare
