Providence Health & Services Program Manager, Talent Acquisition PSJH in Renton, Washington
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Program Manager, Talent Acquisition to our location in Renton, WA.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be for a portfolio of system-wide programs, to include a Caregiver (employee) referral program and a campus recruiting program and strategy. You will also be asked to provide secondary support to all Talent Acquisition programs. The Program Manager serves as a liaison and internal consultant to our recruiting teams, hiring managers, HR, Marketing, Finance, IT and the community served by the program, while ensuring that the program activities are consistent with PSJH vision and core values. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept, caring and respect, and which reflects the PSJH mission and philosophy.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Responsible for working collaboratively and strategically with Talent Acquisition leaders, our outsourced IBM team and community partners to assess current state for our caregiver referral and campus recruiting strategy programs across the various brands that make up Providence St. Joseph Health.
Responsible for the current state analysis, research of best practices, consultation, design and modification of the current solution, ongoing cost analysis, assessment effectiveness, implementation and measurement of any new enhancements/changes, continuous improvement, and alignment with the overall strategic direction of PSJH talent strategies.
Development of overall system-wide program objectives and long-range strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition leaders.
Designs, implements and manages innovative, scalable, system-wide programs to target key educational institutions, professional organizations, military sources, community diversity groups, staffing vendors, and affinity groups incorporating outreach best practices, diversity goals, and business needs.
Assist in development of budgets and business-related processes for programs.
Assist in identification, contracting, and relationship management of external vendors used to support program objectives.
Works collaboratively with recruitment leaders to identify key performance indicators relative to the primary program(s) supported. Provides consultation and support to recruiters and recruitment leaders.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Project Manager to develop project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, budget, issues, risks, communications, and change management plans in accordance with program goals.
Collaborate with TA Marketing team and Regional Marketing and Communications departments to ensure alignment of branded materials for outreach with advertising strategy and tactics.
Collaborate with TA Technology team to identify technology solutions to enhance the outreach process including relationship management tools, metrics/reporting tools, and virtual interaction tools.
Demonstrate service excellence and positive interpersonal relations in dealing with others, including employees, managers, medical staff, volunteers and community members, so that productivity and positive relations are maximized.

Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business or related field or equivalent educ/experience
2 years related experience
Experience successfully maintaining, managing, and continuously improving programs, processes, projects, or operational and administrative solutions in areas such as HR, recruiting, marketing, sales, technology, data, operations or administrative experience.
Experience working across departments with team leaders, vendors, project teams and SMEs to achieve alignment, the goals of the work and operational excellence of the solution, program, process or project.
Experience consulting, creating and implementing large project plans, communications, social media or creative documents, training, data analysis process or project documents, presentations, reports, technology requirements and other materials.
Experience presenting to team leaders and small groups. Experience producing and/or managing data reports, cost analysis, invoicing and/or budgets.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
PHR or SPHR licensure
Significant experience building out large scale programs for Healthcare institutions
Experience specifically with building out Employee Referral Programs and/or Campus Recruiting programs
