Description:

Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Program Coordinator to our location in Renton, WA .

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support and participate in relevant programs, manages aspects of related projects, provides daily support in maintaining program documentation, coordinates and schedules meetings and/or summits, produces data, program or project reports and presentations, conducts research, and provides other general office and administrative support to a variety of programs within the Patient Engagement Center department. The Program Coordinator communicates regularly with stakeholders, clinical leaders, managers, team members and regional/system staff

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting in the delivery and implementation of projects and programs assigned to the team in a manner that achieves the strategic goals of Providence Health and Services.

  • Proactively identifies program priorities and participates in department projects.

  • Recommend process improvements to support increased efficiencies for all programs/projects.

  • Develop and maintain process for tracking projects within the PEC on SharePoint.

  • Work closely with internal communications on ensuring the PEC Intranet site is current and consistently updated.

  • Coordinate all department reporting for Communications, Quality and Providence Board.

  • Manage medium to small complexity project tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Create and distributes meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, department documents, SharePoint information, and other documentation.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree. Education and relevant work experience may be substituted.

  • Two (2) years demonstrated relevant work experience in organizing, facilitating, and assisting in program planning and project or business/clinical operations.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Education in Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles.
