Principal Product Manager PSJH
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of consumer-facing payment and billing solutions that deliver an exceptional experience and makes it easy for patient's to pay their bills. In this role you are a trailblazer, re-imaging how the financial exchange should be from a patient's eyes and showing the healthcare industry how to deliver a better customer experience.
Gathers and specifies product requirements for current and future offerings by conducting market research supported by interacting directly with customers that will drive the development and/or improvement of products. Author business cases, user stories, and process flows. Supports testing of product with Product Development and Operations.
Establishes the product’s goals and identify/define metrics to show impact and deliver success.
Maintains product road maps and backlogs; Prioritize features for releases and maintain frequent incremental approach to enhancements.
Effectively manages expectations and resolve conflicts that balance customer and company needs.
Develops process for testing new features to ensure viability and key learnings before scaling as well as contributing to a broader test and learn mindset.
Partners with UX to deliver excellent end user experiences including the development and maintenance of flows, experiences, mock ups, and features that clearly articulate the intent/goal/scope.
Develops the positioning and value proposition for existing and new products, including features, benefits and competitive differentiators.
Ensures organizational readiness, including training and support materials, when introducing new or enhanced products.
Document's system standard in collaboration with engineering team and third parties.
Identify and escalate blockers that prevent releases as well as ways to mitigate risks.
Understands the scope and business implications of technical decisions and enablers, providing input on decisions and sequencing of technical enablers.
Leads all delivery ceremonies, include demos, retrospectives.
Successful track records of working with agile teams.
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and other product management software.
Experience in healthcare, fintech, banking, e-commerce across B2B or B2C settings.
