Providence is calling a Principal ERP Applications Analyst PSJH to Providence Enterprise Information Services in Beaverton, OR or Renton, WA.
We are seeking a Principal ERP Application Analyst to use a wide application of principles, theories, and concepts related to , to provide solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems. May lead medium project and work teams and will work on a number of complex business applications. Acts as a solution architect or business consultant on complex projects or system for a large multi facility healthcare organization. Addresses topics and issues that are both strategic (long term) and operational (immediate) in nature. Formulates systems scope and objectives and resolves complex technical issues. Ensures that improvements in and/or changes to operations are implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Provides technical and operational guidance to ensure that installed systems are working successfully and proposed systems will meet organization’s future needs. Acts as a source and mentor for direction, training/skills development and guidance for less experienced departmental staff. May be assigned a lead role to assist management in short or long term management needs.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
This position will be involved in the implementation and ongoing daily support of business applications. Works very closely with the organization’s departments, vendors and contractors, and other IS caregivers to implement and maintain these applications.
Able to offer customer value-added enhancement ideas.
Mentor analysts in technical skills, operational approach and effective communication.
Actively seek out and develop opportunities to leverage IS services to improve patient care, customer satisfaction, increase revenue and productivity, reduce costs and enhance overall operational efficiencies.
Assist business partners with business requirements gathering and test planning including the creation of comprehensive end to end test plans.
Consulting with functional departments to identify necessary definition or changes to systems.
Coordinating with other IT areas who are responsible for file transfers, security administration, reporting, databases and other functions.
Design, configure and test systems functionality changes, such as but not limited to creating flexfields, modifying fast formulas, building elements and table setup.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (at least 8 years of functional experience).
Minimum of eight(8) years of experience in application design, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems - Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle Applications, PeopleSoft, Workday.
Minimum of three(3) years of experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple business process areas
Demonstrated ability to successfully execute strategic plans for highly complex issues; experience standardizing complex and disparate processes; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems. Must have proven ability to interact at and communicate to all levels of an organization.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, CPA, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, HCM.
Certification in Production and Inventory Management, CPA, Human Resources Global Prof, Project Management Professional, Oracle Certified Professional (for relevant FIN/SC/HCM applications).
Minimum of three(3) years of experience with implementation or support of Oracle Cloud Suite (HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain and/or Finance).
Minimum of one(1) year of experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
