We are looking for a President that both compliments our years of expertise in population health and has the skills to lead us in executing flexibly, creatively, and strategically. The ideal candidate has a track record in healthcare start-ups, business development, product development, and population health at an EVP/President level.
This role is responsible for providing leadership toward the achievement of Ayin’s vision and its ultimate growth and success, including successful introduction of new products and services, operational, financial, and service excellence.
The ideal candidate is both a transformation leader as well as an entrepreneur able to scan the market and identify unique ways of equipping payers, providers, employers, and government programs with population health expertise and services.
Ayin’s future is based on re-thinking the business of healthcare. This leader must have a passion for continued transformation and be a forward thinker. Innovation and the ability to see and think about healthcare differently while creating new strategies and tactics will be critical to success.
This leader must have a passion for the administration and delivery of high quality, equitable, and affordable healthcare. S/He must build a high degree of credibility with our consumer, provider, and payer communities.
This leader will have the opportunity to work with internal stakeholders including Providence Health Plan and Providence Healthcare Delivery System leadership teams as appropriate.
It is critical that the selected candidate understand the importance and interconnectedness of Ayin with the communities it serves. S/he will need to represent Ayin and build relationship with board members and community and civic leaders, leveraging his/her contacts to make decisions, solve problems, obtain information, and contribute to the community’s well-being.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field with an advanced degree highly preferred.
This individual will have a proven track record of exemplary leadership experience in the healthcare industry with an in-depth knowledge and experience in a managed care and/or risk-bearing healthcare delivery environment. This experience will include a minimum of five years of senior management experience with profit and loss accountability. In addition to experience in managed care, it is important for this person to have experience working with multiple healthcare delivery models to ensure a broad knowledge of the managed care industry, operations, and finance.
The chosen executive will have demonstrated leadership capacity to assume oversight and accountability for the operations of a new and growing company and the ability to lead and motivate people to achieve agreed-upon results. In addition, this individual will have the ability to think strategically and will possess effective communication skills along with a proven track record of building and maintaining multiple successful partnerships and leading organizations through teamwork and collaboration. The candidate should have prior leadership experience within a complex payer or provider organization and possess outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building skills. S/he should be able to balance the business of healthcare with the delivery of healthcare and the services necessary to deliver on the mission of Ayin Health Solutions.
This executive needs to have demonstrated experience in product innovation, developing creative solutions to problems, building partnerships, and success in launching new products or entering new markets. S/he should have a proven track record of executing business plans that result in strategic success. The candidate will also possess demonstrated experience in building relationships with payers, providers, employers, and government programs.
