Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Marketing Manager, Talent Acquisition to our location in Renton, WA.

Providence St. Joseph Health is seeking a Marketing Manager, Talent Acquisition to drive, plan and execute go-to-market strategies and paid social media marketing campaigns on an enterprise-wide level for non-RN positions to increase applicants and hires. Success in this role requires an aptitude for developing insights-driven strategies, defining customer-centric campaign goals, possessing a keen eye for compelling and innovative content, a track record for executing flawless system-wide marketing campaigns and a passion for defining, tracking and improving campaign performance metrics. Familiarity with brand alignment and executing campaigns for multi-brands are a plus as this role will work within a family of brands.
The ideal candidate must have enterprise-wide marketing roll-out and implementation skills, brand strategy experience, digital marketing, vendor relations skills, be adept at delivering sales presentations and experience working with senior management.
A key component to this role is measurement as you will be accountable to assess, recommend, design, implement and measure programs for business impact that are in alignment with Providence St. Joseph Health’s strategic direction.
In this position you will:
Be responsible for working collaboratively with Talent Acquisition leaders, stakeholders and suppliers to develop and manage recruitment campaigns to address current and future hiring needs for the Providence St. Joseph Health organization.
Develop and manage of overall system-wide go-to-market strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition leaders.
Be responsible for managing and tracking program spend within allocated budget.
Assist in identification, contracting, and relationship management of an external vendor used to support solutions objectives as needed.
Work collaboratively with TA Leaders and subject experts to identify key performance indicators and technology solutions relative to the primary program(s) supported.
Develop and implement marketing plans including scope, timeline, resources, budget, issues, risks, and communications for new solutions in accordance with program goals and needs of the business.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or related field Or equivalent educ/experience.
4 years Experience successfully maintaining, managing, and continuously improving programs, processes, projects, or operational and administrative solutions in areas such as HR, recruiting, marketing, sales, technology, data, operations or administrative experience.
3 years Experience working across departments with team leaders, vendors, project teams and SMEs to achieve alignment, the goals of the work and operational excellence of the solution, program, process or project.
3 years Experience consulting, creating and implementing large project plans, communications, social media or creative documents, training, data analysis process or project documents, presentations, reports, technology requirements and other materials.
2 years Experience presenting to team leaders and small groups. Experience producing and/or managing data reports, cost analysis, invoicing and/or budgets.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Vendor sourcing, selection and management or related experience
Experience negotiating with outside vendors, including negotiating contracts, prices, resolving service issues and/or reconciling differences
Recruiting or HR experience
Experience with change management methodologies (CAPFL, AIM, Workout, etc.)
Experience using program and project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Lean, etc.)
