Providence Health & Services Laboratory Program Manager, Clinical Program Services in Renton, Washington
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Program Manager, CPS to our location in Renton, WA.
We are looking for a Program Manager, CPS who will be responsible for leading special projects, providing input and improvement suggestions within the Clinical Performance Groups, communication and collaboration between Epic Governance and CPS performance groups, collaborate development of SharePoint or other centralized electronic bulletin board communication, reviews work flow needs and coordinates with executive leadership, etc., as assigned. This position will provide support for the System Lab Services, under the direction of the of the Chief Administrative Officer, System Lab Services and Chief Medical Officer, System Lab Services assisting in meeting agendas, logistics and some budget managemet. Serves as a member on the leadership team for CPS.
In this position you will:
Provide project management throughout the implementation process ensuring that people, process and technology for CPS implementation meet or exceed system needs and expectations.
Responsible for delivering business value through effective program management of one or more large and/or complex projects as assigned by CAO.
Include development of charters (when needed) and organization of cross-functional teams.
Identifying and obtaining required resources.
Identification of major organizational process impacts, risks and completion within constraints of scope, time, budget and quality.
Maintain detailed records, reports and file of meetings and any other process that affects the decision making process.
Establish and maintain SharePoint sites as project appropriate.
Assist in management in development and maintenance of CPS budget.
Lead due diligence efforts for CPS projects that come from the field to determine scoping and recommend next steps to CPS leadership.
Effectively carry out integration activities, program or initiative working with members from cross functional team(s) and key real estate and construction leadership within a matrix management organization.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field.
3 years, 3-5 years of progressive responsibility in managing projects and governance support to senior leadership.
3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
Demonstrated experience with due diligence process and able to utilize available resources independently.
Preferred qualification for this position include:
- Coursework/Training in Specialized training in meeting facilitation and project management.
