Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Integrated Talent Management (ITM) Program Manager PSJH to our location in Renton, WA.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager oversee the portfolio of projects within the Caregiver Experience Center of Excellence (CGX COE). As part of Human Resources & Integrated Talent Management, the CGX COE is responsible for the overall caregiver experience vision and strategy, metrics, and insights that shape organizational, leader and caregiver priorities and performance and development. The COE partners closely with Patient & Provider experience to evolve a system-wide experience strategy that delivers on our Promise to “Know me, care for me, ease my way.”
The PM will drive the cyclical management of CGX COE projects and manage the day-to-day operations required to achieve objectives and outcomes. The PM will contribute to the strategy and design of solutions and work in close collaboration with the COE Director and the primary leads of Caregiver Insights & Analytics and Stakeholder Management. In this role, the PM will both contribute to as well as lead projects. This requires someone who is highly self-managed / directed and accountable and can perform work both independently and collaboratively.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Leads the cyclical management of all CGX COE initiatives as one, integrated program.
Develops detailed project plans (charter, timeline, project steps, key milestones, KPIs, and resources and dependencies).
Documents, tracks and communicates project status.
Oversees the day-to-day operations required to complete projects and successfully manage the work; including coordination of logistics
General project team management.
Designs, documents, and maintains the operational guidelines that form the COE playbook.
Collaborates with the COE team to accomplish work, including strategy and design, change management, implementation, communication and evaluation.
Works with broader ITM / HR team and operations team to ensure alignment of core programs, and strategies for delivery.
Conducts research in support of ITM programs and initiatives.
Contributes to the system-level Talent Management and Learning strategies to ensure plans translate into practical actions that drive tangible results.
Drives continuous improvement through the incorporation of modifications to the program based on experience, feedback and evaluation data. Continuously striving for maximum impact, repeatability/scalability, value and outstanding results.
Uses analytics, statistics, metrics and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and systems to determine if the goals are being met, and sustained change and development is taking place.
Analyzes and maintains records to document the effectiveness of solutions and provide reports to the team, business partners and management regarding impact.
Forges strong relationships and cross-functional collaboration with COE, ITM Field and HR Field leaders, as well as extended network of survey champions, ITM and HR staff.
Seeks and maintains top-tier professional skills; builds and maintains cutting edge leadership and management principles and resources.
Shares and adopts best practices with other members of the team as a way of improving upon the collective development of others and self.
Performs special projects as required and assigned.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Organization Development, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field or equivalent education/experience.
8 years related experience, with demonstrated subject matter expertise in learning development, talent management or other relevant organizational development roles. Inclusive of demonstrated experience in: Working in a large, decentralized, multi-state environment. Designing and executing large, system-wide programs, processes, tools and resources.
Demonstrated expertise of learning development methods and the design, implementation, and execution of solutions across a variety of functions.
Experience presenting to senior level leaders.
