Providence Health & Services Human Resources Strategic Initiatives Program Manager PSJH in Renton, Washington
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Human Resources Strategic Program Manager to our location in Renton, WA. This is a fully benefited contract role for a year.
We are seeking a Human Resources Strategic Program Manager to serve as a consultant and strategic thought partner for senior Field HR and operational leaders to design talent solutions that drive business objectives. This role will anticipate HR implications of evolving business needs and direction and recommend actions to be taken. This person will collaborates with COE resources to deliver enterprise level designed people programs that enable quadruple aim outcomes. This role includes accountability for local (regional or service line) talent solutions design, implementation, change management and continuous improvement post implementation. This person may serve as liaison to COEs for guidance and support on implementation, communications and change management for COE led initiatives and programs.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Contribute to the business strategy by helping Field HR and business leaders identify, and build organizational capabilities.
Identify and drive the sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.
Work in collaboration with COE's, uses internal and external resources & tools to design and facilitate implementation of talent initiatives such as workforce planning and organization design that support and enable organization objectives.
Interprets HR data and recommends solutions based on the analysis.
Facilitate implementation of enterprise level HR strategies and initiatives to ensure localized change management and communication plans.
Serve as a consultant to COEs and initiative leaders regarding HR region, facility or service line business needs, cultures, change, and communication requirements.
Provide training or facilitates events to educate HR teams on new initiatives and strategies.
Support the orientation and assimilation of new HR team members by assisting the HR manager or director with assimilation plan development and through direct delivery of training on HR resources, systems and protocols.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in business Administration, HR Management, or related field or equivalent education/experience.
8 years of professional human resources or related experience.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
