Providence Human Resources Associate PSJH in Renton, Washington
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Human Resources Associate PSJH. Candidates for this role must reside in Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon or California.
We are seeking a Human Resources Associate PSJH to perform a wide range of duties within a framework set by the HR team. Assists in new caregiver onboarding and orientation, other human resources related caregiver activities, investigating and triaging caregiver questions/concerns, and preparation of a variety of reports.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Manages and responds appropriately to all Field HR request through Service Now.
Upon request from Field HR through Service Now, ensures employment documents are properly collected and maintained to meet regulatory requirements and in response to regulatory audit requests.
Upon request from Field HR through Service Now, provides support for human resources related event coordination such as service awards and open enrollment.
Upon request from Field HR through Service Now, provides project support to include preparation, data collection, report creation and distribution.
Facilitates unemployment data response.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Associate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent education/experience.
1 year experience in a professional office environment.
Technical experience, including responsibility for maintaining computer systems or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
