Providence is calling a HRSC Senior Quality Compliance Specialist to Providence Strategic Management Services in Renton, WA.
We are seeking a HRSC Senior Quality Compliance Specialist to own and support the quality and compliance of the operations and business needs across the system. He or she will maintain expert-level knowledge of all current regulatory, federal and state requirements and changes and serve as escalation point to candidate and caregiver quality and compliance requirements. Escalations would include working with COEs, field HR and others to determine compliance and/or exceptions. He or she will manage data integrity across systems through audits and analysis, identify and disseminate compliance gaps and solutions to stakeholders and COE’s, and establish and maintain audits pertaining to system data quality and compliance.
In this position you will:
Act as a subject matter expert for several information systems utilized by HRSC and actively participates in designs for existing and proposed information systems
Serve as point of contact for field HR during regulatory audit site visits
Administer, audit, and monitor HR systems data transactions to ensure data integrity and identifies corrective actions needed to improve data quality.
Maintain expert level of knowledge and application of regulatory agencies, federal and state changes pertaining to drug screening, EEO, Licensure, Certifications, I9s, and adjudications
Identify and report out on errors and trending; work with local Core Leaders, Caregivers, HRSPs as data shows necessary
Organize, coordinate, and improve functions associated with regulatory compliance and quality to ensure that the system meets and exceeds a state and facilities continuous standards for compliance and quality.
Maintain position requirements in multiple systems including but not limited to compensation systems, HRIS database and vendor; manage processes to ensure all systems are audited and data integrity is maintained.
Determine position requirements based on JDs, specific state agency requirements and map logically in multiple databases; design and implementation of system audits for overall compliance
Required qualifications for this position include:
Four (4) plus years’ experience in a data quality and compliance function
Four (4) plus years’ experience in business operations of HR
Experience in analyzing data and communicating the results to the business
Two (2) plus years’ experience, monitoring and applying Federal, State, Regulatory compliance requirements
Strong understanding of data management and analytics principles
Strong business and consultancy skills with knowledge and experience in HR
Knowledge of systems and databases (e.g. Tableau, Access, Lawson, ImageNow)
Knowledge of HR Operations and business practices and process identification, research, gap analysis and solution proposing
Advanced knowledge of basic PC applications – MS Word, Excel, Access - and ability to use effectively in data analysis and documentation
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
Experience in an HR environment and working with HR data
