Providence Health & Services Coordinator, Strategy & Operations in Renton, Washington
Providence is calling a Coordinator, Strategy & Operations to our location in Renton, WA.
We are seeking a Coordinator, Strategy & Operations to provide a variety of activities that support the day-to-day operations and leaders of the Community Partnerships division. This role will report to the AVP of Strategy & Operations and support coordination efforts across the division. This role would serve as a shared resource for the Community Partnerships Leadership Team, supporting all leaders and teams as needed and as capacity allows. The Coordinator works collaboratively with caregivers, vendors, consultants and others in performing their duties. These responsibilities primarily reside within the Community Partnerships Division, with impact that spans the PSJH organization.
The incumbent performs all duties in a manner that promotes the Providence Mission, values, and philosophy. In all aspects, he/she serves as a role model for the values and mission of the organization.
In this position you will:
Support the Community Partnerships Leadership Team, including the SVP and leaders from Integrated Community Investments, St. Joseph Community Partnership Fund, Education, and Global and Domestic Engagement. Responsible to assist with coordination efforts across the division to support its daily operations
Support and coordinate key programs and initiatives across the Community Partnerships division, including coordination of caregiver activation networks across all of the regions and implementation of divisional strategies
Perform routine updates and reporting for our shared volunteer management platform, including but not limited to HTML editing, updating pages, issue resolution, pulling activity reports, and coordinating with the Global and Domestic Engagement team on any additional needs
Develop and edit materials as needed, including but not limited to agendas, Powerpoint presentations, reports, newsletters, etc.
Update and maintain SharePoint sites in collaboration with leaders and teams of the division. Updates and maintains shared files related to the Strategy & Operations team and Community Partnerships division.
Support the AVP in onboarding process for new divisional caregivers. Partners with CP leadership to ensure seamless transition of caregivers into their new roles, including space assignments, technology needs and access, and onboarding schedule.
Manage and coordinate logistics for large scale meetings, including attendance and contact lists, securing appropriate meeting space, A/V needs, material production, meeting supplies, catering, etc. Supports the AVP in divisional engagement activities, including planning for annual retreat, monthly all hands meetings, and other events as needed.
Support the AVP daily and attends meetings as needed. Supports the weekly Strategy & Operations team meetings and other events, including taking notes, tracking action items, and managing any logistics.
Support the Leadership Team with scheduling and calendar management, to assure a logical flow for scheduling of activities, including preparation and planning time. Can work independently or with administrative staff to schedule meetings, travel, and outside commitments. Partners with administrative staff for complex scheduling needs and supplemental support.
Manage contracts with vendors and others including approval, compliance, invoicing, payments, etc. as needed
Support the Leadership Team through positive communications and relations with internal and external customers in an environment that is open and inviting. Maintains relationships with, and responds to contacts from, internal and external customers and others with the purpose of exchanging information, scheduling meetings, and communicating confidential and non-confidential matters.
Demonstrate positive interactions and interpersonal relations in communicating with caregivers at all levels of management and leadership. Responsible for developing solid working relationships with all involved or impacted either upstream or downstream.
Work mostly independently and manages time effectively. Make informed decisions about where to invest efforts based on established priorities as demonstrated by: completing assignments on time; communicating with customers and supervisors regarding prioritization and target completion dates based on business need or impact.
Actively support and incorporate the Mission and core values into daily activities. Treat all others with respect and demonstrate excellence, justice and compassion in daily work and relationships with others.

Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educ/experience
4 years experience in coordination or administrative roles
