Providence Health & Services Clinical Initiative Program Manager in Renton, Washington
Providence is calling a Clinical Initiative Program Manager to Providence Health & Services in Renton, WA.
We are seeking a Clinical Initiative Program Manager to provide advanced program support in the development of clinical initiatives to address care gaps in the ambulatory settings across Providence St. Joseph Health. The position will leverage enterprise wide partnerships to develop clinical resources, tools, and education to support patient and primary care team in achieving system goals and initiatives. The Program Manager will closely collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and monitor impact of interventions provided.
The Program Manager is expected to perform all duties in a manner that promotes collaboration and reflects the Providence St. Joseph Health mission, philosophy, and core values of respect, compassion, justice, excellence, and stewardship.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Leads the development of quality improvement activities on an ongoing basis to promote efforts to support the identification and correction of quality of care issues.
Collaborates with system leadership in the development of improvement strategies, along with systematic tracking, to determine whether these strategies result in progress towards established benchmarks or goals.
Demonstrate strong ability to understand and interpret clinical recommendations and best practices to drive quality improvement across the enterprise.
Analyzes, develops and implements improvement activities to improve clinical quality performance as measured by nationally and system standardized benchmarks and definitions.
Implements ongoing program monitoring, resolve barriers, influence decision making and enable achievement of improved clinical quality outcomes and processes.
Strong interpersonal skills to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred qualifications for this position include :
Master’s Degree - MBA/MPH
Coursework or training in - LEAN Training, Six Sigma
Master’s degree - Registered Nurse/Public Health
3 years’ experience in direct patient care areas
2 year’s Clinical program management experience
2 year’s Clinical education training experience
Advanced Clinical Practice Certification (BCPS, CDE, BC-ADM, CLS, etc.)
